Cancellation & Refund Policy

We accept the cancellation of your tour by written only via mail communication. Also we accept cancellation order over phone by followed some formalities.
.We refund full advanced amount before 45 days prior to make your tour date. In this cases processing fee will be chargeable or deduct from advanced amount.
.50 % of advanced amount will be refund in between 21-45 days prior to make tour date.
.25% of advanced amount will be refund in between 10-20 days prior to make tour date.
.No refund will be done before less than 10 days of tour date.

Notev:-If tour will be cancelled by the Government’s prior notice then you tour date will be reschedule for another date by taking your opinion. Sundarban holidays will not bound to refund your booking amount in any circumstance.
